The upcoming Too Cute Crisis anime has released a new visual and trailer ahead of its premiere this April 7. SynergySP is animating the series, with direction from Jun Hatori. The new trailer also features the theme songs for the anime. They include “Space Cat Big Bang” by Chogakusei as the opening song, and “Nyanbori de Moffy!!” by Dialogue+ as the ending song.
Aya Satsuki will be doing the series composition and screenplay, while Chiho Wada will be responsible for the art direction. Meanwhile, Mayumi Watanabe will be doing the character designs, with Shun Narita and Yusuke Seo on the music. The main cast for the anime includes:

- Yumiri Hanamori as Luna Liza
- Yuichi Nakamura as Roy Amato
- Hikaru Midorikawa as Mitsuhiko Azuma
- Miyu Tomita as Sasara Azuma

- Jin Ogasawara as Seiji Mukai
- Yume Miyamoto as Rasta Call
- Saya Aizawa as Kasumi Yanagi
Mitsuru Kido writes and draws the original Too Cute Crisis manga series, which has been serialized in Shueisha’s Jump Square magazine since October 2019. The chapters have been collected into five compiled volumes as of April 2022.
HIDIVE will be streaming the series outside of Japan, describing the plot as:
Invading alien Liza Luna wants nothing more than to destroy planet Earth… after she gets in a little sightseeing, first. But her travels soon take her into a cat café, where the furry felines inside invade her heart just as surely as Liza invaded Earth! Destroying the world won’t be so easy now that she’s discovered the joys of kitty cats…
