Where You Should Start Reading World's End Harem Manga After the Anime

World’s End Harem anime is finally over, and although viewers might have been disappointed by the amount of censorship in each episode, some of them might want to read the manga. The show ended with a cliffhanger in which Reito was finally reunited with Erisa but many mysteries were left unsolved.

Since there’s no assurance that World’s End Harem will have a second season the best solution, if you are curious enough, is to read the manga. The art is worthwhile and you could also check out the scenes that the first season didn’t adapt, if you start from the beginning.

If you are already satisfied with the anime as is and are just curious about what will happen next, you can continue the story by reading chapter 54 of the manga, titled “Reunion”, which can be found in volume 8 of the series.

However, you should keep in mind that the World’s End Harem anime skipped a lot of scenes from so many chapters. These don’t really affect the story, but if you like the fanservice aspect of the plot, then you might be missing out. In this case, it’s best to start with the first volume, The anime still had quite a few of them, especially while showcasing Shouta Doi’s descent into madness, but some of the “fluffier” stuff has been cut out.

It was announced before that some explicit scenes that were not included in the anime can be found on the show’s Blu-ray. It is definitely a good marketing strategy since the Blu-rays will not be considered. However, we can’t be sure if they will include all of the skipped scenes from the manga. The first volume of the Blu-ray was already released on March 26, 2022, in Japan only, and episodes 1-3 were included there. Volume 2, which includes episodes 4-6 will be released on April 27. The 3rd volume of the series will be available starting May 27, and it involves episodes 7-9. Lastly, the 4th volume includes episodes 10-11 and it will be released on June 9, 2022. There is still no date for a potential English release date.
