AnimeJapan 2026, one of the biggest anime events of the year, is here once again, and here is the recap so you do not miss a single announcement! This article was updated in real time, and you can click the titles to see a separate, more detailed article on each major topic.

Is the Order a Rabbit? The Movie Rabbit House Talk Party

Starting off this year’s Anime Japan is the Is the Order a Rabbit? anime house talk party. The main cast: Ayane Sakura (Kokoa Hoto), Inori Minase (Chino Kafu), Risa Taneda (Rize Tedeza), Maaya Uchida (Syaro Kirima), Sora Tokui (Maya Joga), Rie Murakawa (Megumi Natsu), and Show Hayami (Takahiro Kafu) were present at the stage talk.

A “Would you like to order DJ Night? 2026 in SHIBUYA” event was announced on May 30.

Mushoku Tensei Season 3

Yumi Uchiyama (Rudeus), Konomi Kohara (Roxy), Ai Kayano (Sylphiette), and Ai Kakuma(Eris) were at the AnimeJapan 2026 event. A new trailer for the anime was revealed along with the opening theme song by Yuiko Ohara and a July 5 premiere. Haruka ‌Tomatsu and Tetsu Inada join the cast as Nina Farion and Gal Farion, respectively.

The event also unveiled a key visual and trailer for the Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation – Chronicle of Echoes game featuring Rudeus, Roxy, Eris, and Sylphiette.

Blue Box Season 2

Shoya Chiba (Taiki), Reina Ueda (Chinatsu), and Akari Kito (Hina) were on stage to deliver the announcements and discuss the series. A teaser visual and trailer, along with an October 2026 release date. Studio Electric Circus is animating the series, replacing Telecom Animation Film. Yoshino Aoyama also joins the cast as Yumeka Kido.

Playing Death Games to Put Food on the Table

Chiyuki Miura (Yuki), Shizuka Ito (Hakushi), Rio Tsuchiya (Mishiro), Rina Honnizumi (Kyara), and Yume Miyamoto (Airi) were on stage talking about the highlights of the anime series. A trailer and visual for Yuki’s 44th game, Cloudy Beach was revealed and is slated to premiere this July 10.

Chained Soldier Season 2

Yuya Hirose (Yuki), Mari Hino (Shushu), Hina Tachibana (Nei), and Fuka Izumi (Yakumo) were on stage. The cast shared their highlights of the recently concluded second season.

My Hero Academia x Vigilantes

Daiki Yamashita, Shuichiro Umeda, Junichi Suwabe, and Hiroyuki Yoshino were present on stage. The cast passionately talk about their roles and the world building of the series.

On Friday, April 3rd, the My Hero Academia anime series celebrates its 10th anniversary, while My Hero Academia: Vigilantes is heading into the final episode of its second season.

Medalist

Natsumi Haruse, Takeo Otsuka, Kana Ichinose, and Yuma Uchida are at the event. They shared the highlights of the second season.

Fist of the North Star

Shunsuke Takeuchi, Daiki Yamashita, and M・A・O were at the special stage of the anime. The non-credit opening theme song video was released.

Ogre’s Bride

Saori Hayami, Yuichiro Umehara, Sayaka Sembongi, and Natsuki Hanae attended the stage. The anime series is slated to premiere this July.

Tetsuryo! Meet with Railroad Girls

May Tachibana (Misaki Sata) Mao Shoji (Kodama Orihara) Haruna Fukushima (Ushio Yagami) and Hika Tsukishiro (Usa Harutachi) were at the event to present the announcements. A key visual and a new trailer were unveiled. Yukari Anzai and Fuka Izumi join the cast.

Even a Replica Can Fall in Love

Sumire Moroshi, Ryota Suzuki, Yuki Takada, and Rina Hidaka were at the AnimeJapan 2026 event. The cast talked about their characters for the upcoming anime. The series is slated to premiere on April 7. To commemorate the anime’s release, a distribution event for main visual postcards will be held on April 7 at AKIHABARA Gamers Main Store.

Ascendance of a Bookworm: Adopted Daughter of an Archduke

Ascendance of a Bookworm: Adopted Daughter of an Archduke (Season 4) has released a new trailer, featuring the opening theme song “Pages” by Little Glee Monster. Yuka Iguchi, Sho Hayami, Yuuichirou Umehara, and Asami Seto were on stage to deliver the information regarding the upcoming anime.

Psyren

PSYREN anime revealed a new key visual, along with an October 2026 release date and updated character information. Rikuya Yasuda, Mayuko Kazama, Shunsuke Takeuchi, Soma Saito, and Yukihiro Nozuyama were on stage, sharing news about the series.

Sentenced to Be a Hero

Sentenced to Be a Hero Season 2 TV anime has been announced. Youhei Azakami, Mayu Iizuka, Shizuka Ishigami, Shoya Chiba, and Yoko Hikasa attended the stage.

The Elusive Samurai

A new visual and special trailer were unveiled. Asaki Yuikawa, Hinaki Yano, Mari Hino, Sayumi Suzushiro, and Kikunosuke Toya were present at Elusive Samurai’s AnimeJapan 2026 stage.

Now That We Draw

Now That We Draw anime revealed a key visual at AnimeJapan 2026. Studio ROLL2 is animating. Sayumi Suzushiro and Ayumu Murase attended the panel.

Yaiba: Samurai Legend

Yaiba: Samurai Legend Season 2 revealed a teaser visual and trailer.

Young Ladies Don’t Play Fighting Games

Young Ladies Don’t Play Fighting Games main cast, Ikumi Hasegawa, Kana Ichinose, and Shino Shimoji were present at the stage panel and they introduced their characters. It announced that the series will have an exhibit in EVO Japan this May. The anime is set to begin in July.

Demon Slayer: Kimetsu No Yaiba

Natsuki Hanae, Akari Kito, Hiro Shimono, and Yoshitsugu Matsuoka were present at the event.

Netflix Special Stage

The anime adaptation of Dandelion, the debut one-shot by Gintama creator Hideaki Sorachi, revealed a new visual and trailer. Chikahiro Kobayashi and Megumi Han were present on stage to deliver the latest announcements.

Hanaori-san Still Wants to Fight in the Next Life

The anime revealed a new visual and trailer along with eight additional cast:

  • Seena Hoshiki as Mako Satsuki
  • Hitomi Ueda as Marika Nagamori
  • Sora Tokui as Mana Kuraishi
  • Nene Hieda as Nemuto Takigawa
  • Rie Takahashi as Ayahime Takanashi
  • Hiromi Igarashi as Eriko Asahina
  • Ayasa Ito as Moe Narukami
  • Yoko Hikasa as Sakura Rokudo

Jun Fukuyama, Akira Sekina, Nene Hieda, and Sora Tokui delivered the announcements on stage.

Alya Sometimes Hides Her Feelings in Russian

A main visual and an ultra teaser trailer were revealed. Kohei Amasaki, Sumire Uesaka, Wakana Maruoka, Yukiyo Fujii, and Saya Aizawa were on the anime’s stage panel at AnimeJapan 2026. An Alya mascot also took at picture with the cast on stage.

I Want to Love You Till Your Dying Day

Rie Takahashi, Rina Hidaka, Asami Seto, and Yui Ishikawa attended the stage panel. A variety corner where the cast answered some fun personal questions occured. The cast also revealed some anime merchandise.

Katekyo Hitman Reborn

Neeko and Yukari Kokubun were at the panel and shared all the charms of the series.

Solo Leveling: KARMA

Solo Leveling: KARMA new game revealed a surprise teaser trailer at AnimeJapan 2026, introducing the story and showing off more gameplay. The game features an original story set in the Dimensional Gap, where Sung Jinwoo fights a 27-year war against Monarchs while only two years pass in the real world. It is set to release in the second half of this year.

Hana-Kimi

Aya Yamane, Taku Yashiro, Kikunosuke Toya, and Reiji Kawashima were on stage. The cast then revealed the Blu-ray of the first season with the first volume set to release this May while the second volume is schedule to release in July. A season 2 was previously announced.

Black Torch

The anime will premiere on July 4. Toshiyuki Morikawa and Nobuhiko Okamoto are joining the cast as Amagi and Koga. Ryota Suzuki (Jiro), Yoji Ueda (Rago), Sayaka Sembongi (Ichika), Junya Enoki Reiji), Junichi Suwabe (Ryosuke), and Reina Ueda (Hana) were all present at the stage. They delivered the latest information and the highlights of the anime.

Inherit the Winds

The original anime revealed a new trailer and a January 2027 premiere date. Nichika Omori also joins the cast. Daisuke Sakuma, Yuki Kaji, Yuki Aoi, Koki Uchiyama, Neki Matsuzawa were on stage to deliver the announcement.

Witch Hat Atelier

Rena Motomura, Natsuki Hanae, and Ayumu Watanabe attended the stage talk and they shared the charm of the series. The anime premieres on April 6.

Reincarnated as a Sword Season 2

Reincarnated as a Sword Season 2 anime revealed its first trailer, along with an October 2026 release date. Ai Kakuma, Shinichiro Miki, and Yuma Uchida attended the series’ event at AnimeJapan 2026.

Smoking Behind the Supermarket with You

Smoking Behind the Supermarket with You revealed a new trailer and theme song artists. along with a key visual. Zutomayo and imare are performing the opening and ending theme songs, respectively. Takuya Sato, Seena Hoshiki, and Shinya Takahashi were at the event to deliver the news.

Kaiju Girl Caramelise

A brand new trailer and visual was revealed which featured the cast. Hikari Senga (Kuroe), Daishi (Arata), Akira Sekine (Manatsu), and Haruka Shiraishi (Raimu) were at the panel.

Odekake Kozame

A key visual for Season 2 was revealed. Additionally, two additional cast members were announced: Shiori Izawas Yoko Tamamo and Ryota Suzuki as Durandal. Kana Hanazawa, Kuno Misaki, and Megumi Han were at the event to present the news.

Rilakkuma

Sakurazaka46 members were at the Rilakkuma anime stage. The idol group was accompanied by Rilakkuma and Korilakkuma mascots and they shared their comments regarding the anime.

Jujutsu Kaisen

A 5th anniversary connected visual was released. Junya Enoki, Megumi Ogata, Kazuya Nakai, and Sugita Tomokazu were on stage.

Fate/Strange Fake

Kana Hanazawa and Gakuto Kajiwara were at the stage panel along with anime directors Shun Enokido and Takahito Sakazume. The panel revealed some anime merchandise.

Magical Girl Lyrical NANOHA EXCEEDS Gun Blaze Vengeance

A new trailer was released and the first episode of the anime is slated to premiere on July 4. Azusa Tachibana, Asaki Yuikawa, Chiharu, Aika Kobayashi, Ayasa Ito, and Hina Aoki attended the special stage.

Goodbye Lara

The main visual was revealed. The anime starts broadcasting in July 2026. Hana Hishikawa (Lara), Nana Kawaishi (Mari), Rica Fukami (Grace), and Ayumu Murase (Luca) were at the stage to talk about the series.

The Drops of God

Takuya Sato and Maaya Uchida took the stage to deliver the latest information about the series. Four additional cast members were announced:

  • Lynn as Sarah
  • Akihiko Ishizumi as Kawarage
  • Soshiro Hori as Chosuke Honma
  • Konomi Kohara as Loulan

Tenbin

The anime revealed a main trailer. Ikumi Hasegawa, Miharu Hanai, and Kei Yamaguchi were at the SP Stage TOKYO MX Booth where the main trailer was revealed.

MAO

Yuki Kaji (Mao), Natsumi Kawaida (Nanoka, Momoka Terasawa (Otoya), Hiro Shimono (Hyakka), and Toshiyuki Toyonaga (Kamon) were at the pre‑broadcast premiere event. The cast took the stage and with and shared the captivating charm of the series.

That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime

Miho Okasaki, Megumi Toyoguchi, Tomoaki Maeno, Natsuki Hanae, and Inori Minase were at the panel. The 4th season of the series begins airing in April 2026.

I Got a Cheat Skill in Another World

I Got a Cheat Skill in Another World and Became Unrivaled in the Real World, Too (Iseleve) Season 2 has been announced along with a teaser visual. Yoshitsugu Matsuoka, Akari Kito, Kaori Maeda, and Rina Hidaka were at the stage to deliver the news. The stage event revisits the first season while delving into the TV special airing at the end of March.

From Old Country Bumpkin to Master Swordsman Season 2

The series revealed a new trailer ahead of its July 2026 release date. The sequel anime was announced immediately after the first season, which is streaming on Amazon’s Prime Video.

Magic Knight Rayearth

The new anime project revealed the first trailer, along with a new visual and main voice cast at AnimeJapan 2026. The anime was announced as a celebration of the franchise’s 30th anniversary back in July 2024. The main cast:

  • Ayane Sakura as Hikaru Shidou
  • Rumi Okubo as Umi Ryuuzaki
  • Rie Takahashi as Fuu Hououji

Uchi no Otouto-domo ga Sumimasen

A key visual and a new trailer for the series were unveiled and it feaures the Narita siblings. The anime premieres on July 3, 2026. Present at the stage were Naomi Ozora, Toshiki Masuda, Kensho Ono, Taku Yashiro, and Momoka Terasawa.

A Tale of the Secret Saint

The anime revealed a new visual along with four additional cast members at AnimeJapan 2026. Joining the cast are:

  • Yukari Tamura as Clarissa
  • Shunichi Toki as Enoch
  • Daiki Yamashita as Fabian
  • Miyuri Shimabukuro as Charlotte

The Saga of Tanya the Evil Season 2

The Saga of Tanya the Evil Season 2 revealed a new trailer, key visual and voice cast, as well as a July 2026 release date. Aoi Yuki, Saori Hayami, Shinichiro Miki, and Haruka Tomatsu were on stage to deliver the announcements.

Kinnikuman: Perfect Origin Arc

Sumire Uesaka and Kuro-chan were at the stage panel at AnimeJapan 2026. They talked about the highlights of the series.

The Final-Boss Prince Is Somehow Obsessed with the Chubby Villainess: Reincarnated Me

A teaser trailer was released at AnimeJapan 2026. The main characters of the anime, Haruka Shiraishi and Takeo Otsuka attended the event.

The 100 Girlfriends Who Really Love You Season 3

The voice actresses for Chiyo and Nadi have been revealed:

  • Kaori Ishihara as Chiyo Iin
  • Ayana Taketatsu as Naddy

Both of them also joined the talk event at AnimeJapan 2026, accompanied by Wataru Kato (the voice of Rentaro Aijo).

STEEL BALL RUN JoJo’s Bizzare Adventure

It was announced that 2nd STAGE will release in 2026, sharing a teaser trailer. The first episode was a 47-minute special covering Stage 1 of the race, and it released on March 19, 2026. The special stage featured the main voice cast members of the anime: Shogo Sakata, Yohei Azakami, Kaito Ishikawa, Masaaki Mizunaka, and Kenichiro Matsuda.

Mission: Yozakura Family Season 2

Mission: Yozakura Family Season 2 begins airing in April 2026. The special stage event brought together all eight main cast members (Reiji Kawashima, Kaede Hondo, Katsuyuki Konishi, Akari Kito, Kazuyuki Okitsu, Aoi Yuki, Yoshitsugu Matsuoka, Yumi Uchiyama) of the Yozakura Familly. The cast had a talk on exclusive special features and highlights from the upcoming second season.

ONE PIECE

Ahead of the Elbaf Arc’s broadcast, a special talk session featuring the Straw Hat Crew’s cast members: Mayumi Tanaka (Monkey D. Luffy), Kazuya Nakai (Roronoa Zoro), Subaru Kimura (Franky) was held. The new opening theme song will be performed by AiNA THE END, and it will be used starting with the upcoming Elbaph Arc. Additionally, Yuichi Nakamura is joining the ONE PIECE anime, and he will be the voice of the Giant Prince, Loki.

The anime adaptation of One Piece: Heroines revealed the first teaser trailer ahead of its July 5, 2026 premiere date.

Day 2

[OSHI NO KO]

Takeo Otsuka, Yurie Igoma, Megumi Han, Manaka Iwami, Rumi Okubo, Kent Ito, and Tomoyo Takayanagi will take the stage and talk about the recently concluded third season of the series. They were greeted by the B-Komachi character mascots at the end of the stage event. Season 4 was also announced right after the final episode of Season 3.

The Eminence in the Shadow

The Eminence in Shadow: Lost Echoes movie has revealed a new trailer and visual, along with confirming a 2027 release date. The Shadow Garden cast: Seichiro Yamashita, Asami Seto, Inori Minase, Ai Fairouz, Hisako Kanemoto, Ayaka Asai, and Reina Kondo gathered on stage and brought the latest updates on the series.

Kindergarten WARS

A new teaser visual and trailer were revealed along with three additional cast members. The series is slated to premiere in Spring 2027. Joining the cast are:

  • Hitomi Owada as Hana
  • Satoshi Hino as Luke
  • Mariya Ise as Silvia

Scenes from Awajima

It was announced that the non-credit opening theme song video will be released on April 2. Hana Hop sings the opening “blue hour.” Niina Nakabayashi, Yo Taichi, and Ai Kayano talked about the charm of the series and the relationships of the characters.

Kirio Fanclub

Nene Hieda, Shion Wakayama, Gakuto Kajiwara, and Yuya Hirose shared highlights and what fans can expect in the upcoming anime. The series premieres on April 2.

NEEDY GIRL OVERDOSE

An anime version video of “INTERNET OVERDOSE” was released. Rina Kawaguchi, Satsuki Shiina, and Seena Hoshiki took the stage at the event. Yostar Pictures is animating the series, set to begin on April 5.

Yoroi-Shinden Samurai Troopers

Hiiro Ishibashi, Junya Enoki, Ayumu Murase, and Kentaro Kumagai attended the stage panel. The cast dove deep into what makes this series so special. The second cour begins in July 2026.

Re:ZERO

The creditless opening video and Episode 1 preview were revealed ahead of the 4th season premiere on April 8. Season 4 will consist of 19 episodes. The opening theme song is “Recollect” by Konomi Suzuki feat. Ashnikk was performed live during the show’s AnimeJapan 2026 stage. Yusuke Kobayashi, Rie Takahashi, Satomi Arai, Takuya Eguchi, Fairouz Ai, and Konomi Suzuki took the stage to deliver the latest announcements.

Botan Kamiina Fully Blossoms When Drunk

Episode 1 was previewed. The cast of the series, Sayumi Suzushiro, Yoshino Aoyama, Minako Kotobuki, Yurina Amami, Miyu Tomita, and Maki Kawase were on stage to deliver the information on the upcoming anime. They further talked about the charm of their characters and what to expect from the story. The Blu-Ray and DVD of the anime are set to release on July 1. Anime merchandise was also shown.

Dara-san of Reiwa

Mutsumi Tamura, Minami Tsuda, Momoka Terasawa, and Kei Fubuki took the stage to bring the announcements. Fubuki was on stage wearing a “Yamatagi Madara,” a half-human, half-snake creature outfit. The anime is slated to premiere this July.

Gals Can’t Be Kind to Otaku?!

Sho Komura, Konomi Inagaki, and Yu Serizawa were present on the panel. The stage was mostly variety content. The anime begins on April 8, 2026.

Romelia War Chronicle

A new visual was released. Yuya Hirose, Sayaka Sembongi, Mariya Ise, and Asaka joined the anime cast. Hirose and Sembongi also joined the anime’s stage panel at AnimeJapan 2026 with Yuna Nemoto, Jin Ogasawara, and Tomohiro Ono.

Rent a Girlfriend

Shun Horie, Sora Amamiya, and Nao Toyama were on stage to present the latest trailer and visual. Comments on the upcoming 5th season from Aoi Yuki, Rie Takahashi, and Yu Serizawa were read on stage. Season 5 is slated to premiere on April 10.

The Ramparts of Ice

The main cast of the anime brought the latest updates just before broadcast on April 2. Anna Nagase, Fuka Izumi, Shoya Chiba, and Satoshi Inomata were on the panel.

The Angel Next Door Spoils Me Rotten

Taito Ban, Manaka Iwami, Taku Yashiro, and Haruka Shiraishi were on stage talking about the charm of the anime and highlighting the must-see moments of the second season. A compilation of Mahiru Shiina saying “Amane-kun” was shown and the character has said the name 180 times overall. Additionally, Marika Kono joins the cast as Ayaka Kido.

Grow Up Show: Sunflower Circus

Tomoka Noda, Shiori Kurosaki, and Rie Kugimiya were on stage. The cast commented on the recently released trailer and visual.

You and I Are Polar Opposites

You and I Are Polar Opposites Season 2 is slated to premiere on July 5, 2026. An announcement trailer was also released.

Ghost Concert

Minori Fujidera, Rina Hidaka, and Hino Satoshi were on stage and delivered information regarding the series. Episode 1 cutscenes were revealed along with the theme song artists.

The Irregular at Magic High School THE MOVIE – Yotsuba Succession Arc –

A new visual and trailer, introducing the theme song by LiSA. The stage was presented by the cast of the anime: Yuichi Nakamura, Saori Hayami, Chiwa Saito, Daisuke Ono, and Ai Kayano.

Heroine? Saint? No, I’m an All-Works Maid (And Proud of It)!

A new trailer was revealed along with Yoko Hikasa joining the cast as Anne Marie Victirium. The anime is set to premiere in July 2026.

Agents of the Four Seasons

The cover illustration of the Blu-ray and DVD has been unveiled. On stage were the main voice cast, Yuka Nukui and Yoshino Aoyama to present the latest information.

Victoria of Many Faces

A new teaser visual and trailer were revealed at AnimeJapan 2026. The anime premieres this July. Chika Anzai, Shion Wakayama, and Yohei Azakami presented the announcements.

Farming Life in Another World

A new trailer and main visual were unveiled along with six new voice cast members:

  • Hikaru Midorikawa as The Demon God
  • Rikuya Yasuda as Jack
  • Eri Yukimura as Morte
  • Mariko Honda as Bell Forgma
  • Yasuhiro Mamiya as Gou Forgma
  • Fumiya Imai as Kuzden

Let’s go Kaikigumi

The first trailer was released along with a July 5 premiere date. Additionally, Mayumi Shintani joins the cast as Cursed Doll. The main cast, Tausuku Hatanaka and Ruriko Aoki were on the event to bring the announcements.

BAKI-DOU: The Invincible Samurai

BAKI-DOU: The Invincible Samurai Part 2 revealed a visual and trailer, with the anime confirmed to be ‘coming soon’ exclusively to Netflix. All 13 episodes of Part 1 were released on February 26, 2026.

Marriagetoxin

The main cast, Haruki Ishiya, Shion Wakayama, Anna Nagase, Asaki Yuikawa, Soma Saito, Hinano Shirahama, and Simba Tsuchiya were on stage to talk about the upcoming anime.

Noble Reincarnation: Born Blessed, so I’ll Obtain Ultimate Power

Karin Nanami, Saki Miyashita, Iori Saeki, and Azusa Tachibana were on stage talking about the recently concluded anime series.

The Barbarian’s Bride

The Barbarian’s Bride anime revealed a new trailer ahead of its April 9 premiere, adding Aki Toyosaki to the voice cast. The anime was originally scheduled for October 2025, but it was delayed in order to “further improve its quality.” Sayumi Suzushiro, Satoshi Inomata, Hana Hishikawa, and Aki Toyosaki took the stage to deliver the latest news.

Go for It, Nakamura-Kun!!

The creditless opening theme song was released at AnimeJapan 2026. Chiaki Kobayashi, Fairouz Ai, Takuya Eguchi, and Yuki Sakakihara were at the event to talk about the series.

Daemons of the Shadow Realm

Episode 1 preview images, along with six character visuals. The anime was previously confirmed for an April 4, 2026. Kensho Ono, Yume Miyamoto, Yuichi Nakamura, and Misaki Kuno were present on the special stage.

Sparks of Tomorrow

Kyoto Animation revealed a new key visual and trailer, as well as a July 5, 2026 premiere date. The anime will stream exclusively on Netflix. Yuma Uchida, Sora Amamiya, Daisuke Ono, Shunsuke Takeuchi, and Minako Kotobuki were present at the anime’s AnimeJapan stage.

Rascal Does Not Dream of a Dear Friend

A teaser trailer and an October 16, 2026 premiere date were revealed. Kaito Ishikawa, Asami Seto, Aya Yamane, and Manaka Iwami were on stage to present the latest information about the anime.

Classroom of the Elite

Suikoden: The Anime

Suikoden: The Anime revealed a new key visual, as well as 8 new cast members. Joining the cast are:

  • Jun Kasama as Culgan (NEW)
  • Yoshitsugu Matsuoka as Seed (NEW)
  • Megumi Han as Leknaat (NEW)
  • Shota Hayama as Gengen (NEW)
  • Ryunosuke Watanuki as Rikimaru (NEW)
  • Saaya Hitomi as Rina (NEW)
  • Mizutama Umino as Eilie (NEW)
  • Yusuke Sasaki as Bolgan (NEW)

Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End

Atsumi Tanezaki, Kana Ichinose, and Chiaki Kobayashi initially took the stage to deliver the highlights of the recently concluded second season. Shinichiro Miki was also present at the middle of the panel and he talked more about his character Revolte. A third season has been confirmed.

Tougen Anki

It was announced that the TOUGEN ANKI: Nikko Kegon Falls Arc sequel anime will premiere in October 2026. Two new voice cast members were also announced:

  • Nobuhiko Okamoto as Hagure Nekosaki
  • Kent Ito as Yu Innami

Magical Sisters LuluttoLilly

Nao Ojika, May Tachibana, Hiroki Nanami, Ai Kayano, Fuka Izumi and Fu Hirohara shared the charm of the upcoming series. Studio Pierrot is animating the Magical Sisters LuluttoLilly and is scheduled to debut on April 5.

Kusunoki’s Garden of Gods

The cast of the anime: Shogo Sakata, Shinshu Fuji, Yoshiki Nakajima, Daiki Kobayashi, and Yuichiro Umehara shared the charm and what to expect of the anime series. It is slated to premiere on April 5. Just before the premiere date, a livestream will be held and the guests are Sakata, Nakajima, and Kobayashi.

Tokyo Revengers

Tokyo Revengers: War of the Three Titans Arc (Season 4) sequel anime revealed a new trailer, along with an October 2026 release date and 4 new cast members. The voice cast includes the founding members of Black Dragon and South Terano.

  • Takanori Hoshino as Keizo Arashi
  • Shinnosuke Tachibana as Wakasa Imaushi
  • Naoyuki Shimozuru as Takeomi Akashi

Tune In to the Midnight Heart

A new teaser visual and trailer for the recently announced second season of the anime were revealed. The main cast, Rikuya Yasuda, Momoko Seto, Miku Ito, Rumi Okubo, and Sayumi Suzushiro were at the event to present the latest updates.

Expelled from Paradise

A key visual was released along with a new trailer. The movie is slated to premiere on November 13 in Japan. Present on stage to deliver the latest updates were Ayane Sakura, Saori Hayami, Yoshino Aoyama, and Sally Amaki.

Akane-banashi

The stage was attended by the main cast: Anna Nagase, Takuya Eguchi, Rie Takahashi, Akihisa Shiono, and Jun Fukuyama. They shared the charm of the series and what to look forward to about the anime. Akane-banashi anime premieres on April 4.

Dr. Stone Science Future

Dr. Stone: Science Future (Season 4) Cour 3 (final) revealed the preview images and trailer for Episode 1 (Episode 25 of the season). Yusuke Kobayashi, Makoto Furukawa, and Kana Ichinose attended the anime’s panel at AnimeJapan 2026.

Disney Twisted-Wonderland

Two new cast members were announced at the event: Rielle Corallia (voiced by Shogo Sakamoto) and Minajael Tealrajah (voiced by Ryota Osaka). Atsushi Tamaru and Kazuki Furuta initially were on stage to deliver news about the series. The two were later joined by Osaka and Sakamoto, and they talked about the newly revealed characters. A “Disney Twisted-Wonderland Character Song Collection” CD was also revealed. It is set to be released on August 26, 2026.

Sgt. Frog

The new movie is set to premiere on June 26 in Japanese theaters. Additionally, two new characters were announced: Aruru and Deruru. Kumiko Watanabe, Etsuko Kozakura, ano, and Yuichi Fukuda were on stage to deliver the news.

Made in Abyss

Made in Abyss anime revealed a new key visual for Part 1 of its theatrical film series, Awakening Mystery. The first installment is set to premiere in Japan on October 23, 2026. Miyu Tomita, Mariya Ise, Shiori Izawa, and Kuno Misaki were on stage to share the news.

Sound! Euphonium, The Final Movie

The dates for the stage greeting events of the movie have been revealed along with the CD cover jacket of the movie’s theme song “ToCoda” by TRUE and the original soundtrack “Melody across the Seasons.” Kyoto Animation is animating the movie, set to release on April 24. The main cast, Tomoyo Kurosawa (Kumiko), Chika Anzai (Reina), Ayaka Asai (Hazuki), and Moe Toyota (Sapphire) were on stage to deliver the newest announcements at AnimeJapan 2026.
