The previously announced 29-Sai Dokushin Chuken Bokensha no Nichijo (The Daily Life of a Single 29-Year-Old Adventurer) anime has revealed a key visual along with three additional cast members and a January 2026 premiere.
The additional cast members consists of:
- Shizuka Ito as Veronica Valley
- Yuki Kuwahara as Anyango
- Tomohiro Ono as Rishat
Studio Hornets is animating. Toshinori Fukushima is directing and handling the series composition of the series, while Yoshihiro Nagamori is designing the characters. Makoto Furukawa voices the protagonist Shinonome Hajime, while Sayumi Suzushiro plays the role of Rirui.
The manga was first serialized in Kodansha’s Bessatsu Shonen Magazine in January 2016. The series is available digitally on Kodansha’s Magazine Pocket website and app.
The synopsis is as follows:
While on a dungeon-diving job, adventurer Hajime encounters a hungry young girl named Rirui. Abandoned by her parents and with no one else to rely on, she’s all alone. Unable to leave her behind, Hajime declares, “If you’re going to be my companion, then stop crying!!” And so begins their life together.
However, Rirui is not just an ordinary girl…!?
