Kujico is one of many “kuji” companies in Japan. Kuji is a simple lottery system when a fan purchases a ticket with the chance to win various prizes that are currently being listed in a given time frame. A ticket for the 86 Eighty-Six Kujico lottery will cost 880 yen. Winners will also have to pay 550 yen in additional shipping. Kujico lotteries do not ship outside of Japan and will cancel any potential winners from outside the country, according to their FAQ page.

86 Eighty-Six

The 86 Eighty-Six anime series (studio: A-1 Pictures) is based on the light novels of the same name written by Asato Asato and illustrated by Shirabi. There are currently 13 volumes published with no announced release date for Volume 14. Yen Press is publishing the series in English and has published the first 12 volumes. Asato announced in Volume 13 that the next volume would start the final arc of the story. All 23 episodes of the 86 Eighty-Six anime are streaming on Crunchyroll.

Yen Press describes the story of 86 Eighty-Six as:
A War Without Casualties The Republic of San Magnolia has long been under attack from the neighboring Giadian Empire’s army of unmanned drones known as the Legion. After years of painstaking research, the Republic finally developed autonomous drones of their own, turning the one-sided struggle into a war without casualties-or at least, that’s what the government claims. In truth, there is no such thing as a bloodless war. Beyond the fortified walls protecting the eighty-five Republic territories lies the “nonexistent” Eighty-Sixth Sector. The young men and women of this forsaken land are branded the Eighty-Six and, stripped of their humanity, pilot the “unmanned” weapons into battle…

The 86 Eighty-Six wedding merchandise lottery will run from April 19 to May 19, 2024.
