With the enormous success of VTubers it was just a matter of time till independent ones started surfacing on Youtube. This time, though, everyone who knows how to speak English can apply to Hololive EN audition. Yes, you heard me right! If you know English and can sing you can apply to become a VTuber!
There are some requirements if you wish to apply. First of all, you need to be an English speaker that’s 18 years of age or older. An important thing to know is that those who also speak Japanese are given priority! In case you want to apply you need to answer the questions in the application form provided by Hololive. Additionally, you’ll have to send one self-introduction video as well as two music videos of different genres. The application form says “Songs used and the content contained within the music video are completely up to you and will not be shown to any third parties! Original songs are more than appreciated! The ability to sing both English and Japanese in some respect is also greatly appreciated.”
Don’t waste your time since you need to send in your application until January 29, 2021!
