As we already know, the Horimiya anime adaptation will premiere on January 9, 2021. What we didn’t know up until now, was the fact who will perform the theme songs for the series. Finally, the new Horimiya trailer spilled the beans! The opening theme, “Iro Kо̄sui” will be performed by Yoh Kamiyama. The ending theme, on the other hand, will be titled “Yakusoku” and will be performed by a band called Friends.
In case you don’t know what Horimiya is about, you can read the synopsis below:
Kyouko Hori is smart, attractive, and popular. On the other hand, her classmate, the boring, gloomy Izumi Miyamura tends to get painted as a “loser fanboy.” But when a liberally pierced and tattooed (not to mention downright gorgeous) Miyamura appears unexpectedly on the doorstep of secretly plain-Jane homebody Hori, these two similarly dissimilar teenagers discover that there are multiple sides to every story…and person!
