Café Terrace and Its Goddesses revealed the preview for episode 14 ahead of its Thursday, July 11 premiere by debuting the episode’s synopsis and releasing teaser images. Animated by Tezuka Productions, the show is currently simulcasting on Crunchyroll and is a must-watch for harem and rom-com lovers.
Episode 14, titled “A Bolt from the Blue” will center around the Café Terrace resident pink-haired waifu, as Ouka’s dad summons Hayato to discuss his worries regarding his daughter. One of this season’s plot-heavy shows, the anime adaptation of Cafe Terrace and Its Goddesses is based on the manga by Koji Seo which has been serialized in Kodansha’s Weekly Shonen Magazine.
When Hayato Kasukabe’s grandmom passes, she bequeaths to him the failing Café Terrace. Initially intending to sell the cafe to a developer who is seeking to turn it into a parking lot, he gets the surprise of a lifetime when he realizes that along with his newly inherited cafe, he gets 5 drop-dead gorgeous girls with it. Girls who vigorously plead for him not to sell the cafe in honor of his grandmom. When their pleas cause sentimentality to set in, he agrees to turn the cafe around and welcome a new chapter in its history. And with that, he welcomes all manner of heartfelt and racy moments into his life.
Recently, Café Terrace and Its Goddesses released a video for its second season-ending song. Titled “Nacchatta!” the ending song is performed by V-tuber Aglio Olio e Peperoncino (Pepechi), and its video features chibi versions of both the V-tuber and the Café Terrace Terrace girls in the cafe’s iconic maid-styled uniforms.
Taking a respectable 10th place in our Most Anticipated Anime of Summer 2024, the first episode of Café Terrace and Its Goddesses‘ second season came out swinging with more fan service in its first episode than some harems have in an entire season. So, if an adult cast and steamy moments are to your liking, Café Terrace and Its Goddesses is a must-watch!
