The Invisible Man and His Soon-to-Be Wife (Tomei Otoko to Ningen Onna: Sonouchi Fufu ni Naru Futari) is getting a TV anime adaptation, with the release date set for 2025. A teaser visual was also revealed for the adaptation, featuring the two main characters.
Iwatobineko writes and draws the The Invisible Man and His Soon-to-Be Wife manga series. It first began as a webcomic on the author’s Twitter (now X) account in March 2021, while Futabasha acquired it and began serializing it on the Pixiv Comic website in September of the same year. Seven Seas Entertainment is publishing the manga in English. Iwatobineko also drew two special illustrations to commemorate the anime announcement.
The story follows the quiet Shizuka Yako, a girl who works at a detective agency for Tonome, the company’s owner. Tonome is a gentleman, with the fact that he is invisible being very helpful for his profession. However, Shizuka is blind, and so she always knows when Tonome is near and is not affected by his ability. This charms the man, who is now determined to get her to date him.
