What Will Alice in Borderland Season 3 Cover?

The original Alice in Borderland manga by Haro Aso ran from November 2010 to March 2016, and it ended with 64 chapters over 18 compilation volumes. The first season of the live-action covered around 31 chapters in 8 episodes, while the second covered the rest of the main story (making some changes, such as excluding some games, not showing Joker and instead teasing him as a card, etc.).

There was a direct sequel to the manga by the author titled Alice in Borderland Retry, where the protagonist Ryohei Arisu finds himself in Borderland again and has to go through more deadly games 8 years after the events of the original. It was compiled in two volumes.

There was another spin-off manga Alice in Border Road featuring different characters and not so many games. With the new visual and teaser trailer, it seems confirmed that the third live-action season will have an original story featuring the main cast.
