The previously announced Li’l Miss Vampire Can’t Suck Right unveiled a new trailer featuring two additional cast members and an October 2025 premiere. The additional cast consists of the following:
- M・A・O as Eiko Sakuma
- Ikumi Hasegawa as Misa Kusunoki
The theme song artists are also revealed: H△G will perform the opening theme song “Seishun no Silhouette” while Minami Tanaka, the voice of the titular character, is singing the ending theme song “Senko Hanabi.”
Studio feel. is animating the series. Sayaka Yamai is directing, Yuniko Ayana is in charge of the series composition, and Takuya Tani is designing the characters. The main voice cast consists of Minami Tanaka as Luna Ishikawa and Kensho Ono as Tatsuta Otori.
The anime is adapted from the manga of the same name written and illustrated by Kyosuke Nishiki. It has been serialized in Fujimi Shobo’s Monthly Dragon Age magazine since May 2021. Yen Press is licensing the manga in English with the first volume out now. They describe it as follows:
Luna Ishikawa is a dark and mysterious vampire—or so she’d like her new classmates to believe. The truth is, while she may be one of the not-so-mythical bloodsuckers, she doesn’t really live up to the hype. She’s short, clumsy, and she can’t even suck blood properly! So when her classmate Tatsuta Ootori discovers her little “drinking problem,” he can’t help but lend a hand. Can he nurse Luna from the small, timid animal she is into a fearsome creature of the night?!
