Kenshi Yonezu, who performs the theme song “IRIS OUT” of Chainsaw Man – The Movie: Reze Arc, has released a music video on Monday ahead of the movie’s premiere on September 19 in Japan. Additionally, the series also unveiled a new poster for the movie.

Studio MAPPA is animating the movie, with Tatsuya Yoshihara taking over as director from Season 1’s Ryu Nakayama. Hiroshi Seko is the screenwriter, and Kazutaka Sugiyama is the character designer.
Crunchyroll and Sony Pictures are distributing the movie overseas and are set to release it internationally in over 80 countries beginning on September 24. It will premiere in U.S. theaters on October 24, 2025.

Denji became “Chainsaw Man”, a boy with a devil’s heart, and is now part of Special Division 4’s devil hunters. After a date with Makima, the woman of his dreams, Denji takes shelter from the rain. There he meets Reze, a girl who works in a café.
