An original anime by East Fish Studio, Tetsuryo! Meet With Tetsudou Musume has been announced. The main staff was also revealed, along with a teaser visual and trailer.
Misuzu Hoshino (Hokkaido Gals Are Super Adorable!) is directing the Tetsuryo! Meet With Tetsudou Musume anime with Aya Satsuki (Too Cute Crisis) writing the series composition and scripts. Naofumi Hashimoto (Laid-Back Camp season 3) is the character designer. The anime follows four girls travelling around Japan and enjoying the railways.
Launched by Tommytec in 2005, the Tetsudou Musume project features over 100 characters in train-related jobs, each wearing the uniforms of real railway companies across Japan. Their names are drawn from stations, trains, and other facilities along the rail networks.
