The new Hunter x Hunter game titled HUNTERxHUNTER NENxSURVIVOR will officially release globally on February 17, 2026, with original animated footage teased. The announcement was made at Jump Festa 2026, where a dedicated booth for the smartphone game is now open. Pre-registrations began on December 20.
In addition, it was announced that the opening movie for the game will feature original animated footage. Some preview images were shown along with the caption:

NENxSURVIVOR is described as the franchise’s first survival roguelite action game. Players control familiar characters and face waves of incoming enemies using simple controls and strategic party-building. While accessible, the game also features layered skill combinations and tactical decisions. Boss fights feature mechanics designed to reflect the series’ “high-stakes combat style.” You can watch the first trailer for the game below:
Jump Festa 2026 visitors can receive exclusive Hunter × Hunter stickers at the NenSaba booth by following the official NEN×SURVIVOR accounts on X or Instagram. A total of 12 sticker designs are available, with one randomly distributed per platform. Fans who post booth photos using the hashtags 「#ジャンプフェスタ」and 「#ネンサバ」receive an additional sticker.
Originally serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump since 1998, Hunter x Hunter is written and drawn by Yoshihiro Togashi. The story follows Gon and his allies through a world of Hunters, assassins, and conspiracies. The manga is currently in the Dark Continent Arc, which focuses on the succession war and the ambitions of Kurapika and the Phantom Troupe. The series has surpassed 84 million copies in circulation, including digital editions.
After resuming publication in October 2024, the manga entered another hiatus following Chapter 400. Togashi occasionally shares updates on the manga through his X account.
