A new collaboration between Fortnite and the global hit franchise Solo Leveling appears to be on the way, as the official Fortnite X account shared a teaser earlier today. The post features the following lines:
“The weakest Hunter of all mankind.
E-rank.
No potential.
No future…”
While no characters were explicitly shown, the wording clearly references Sung Jinwoo, the protagonist of Solo Leveling, known for beginning his journey as the weakest E-rank Hunter before becoming the Player and quickly moving to S-rank. Further details have not yet been revealed, and there is no confirmed release date. More information is expected in the coming days.
Fortnite is no stranger to high profile collaborations, having previously partnered with franchises such as Dragon Ball Z, Naruto, and BLEACH, alongside numerous other anime, gaming, and pop culture IPs. These events always introduce themed skins, cosmetic items, and limited time gameplay features inspired by the source material.
Solo Leveling is based on a South Korean web novel written by Chugong, which later received a webtoon adaptation illustrated by Jang Sung-rak. The anime adaptation premiered in January 2024 and was produced by A-1 Pictures. Solo Leveling Season 2: Arise From the Shadow then ran for 13 episodes from January to March 2025, overtaking ONE PIECE to become the most-rated anime on Crunchyroll along the way.
