MangaPlaza is celebrating its fourth anniversary with new promotions and a look back at the platform’s growth in bringing Japanese manga to international readers.
The platform has also promoted newer categories such as “Reijo” (or “Reijou”) stories, which center on aristocratic female protagonists. While shonen manga has long dominated international distribution, MangaPlaza positions itself as a space for titles and genres that previously had fewer dedicated outlets overseas.
