Killed Again, Mr. Detective? – Visual

Teniwoha writes the light novel, where the anime was adapted from, with illustrations by Riichu. It began publication under Media Factory’s MF Bunko J imprint in August 2021. A manga adaptation illustrated by Inaba was serialized from July 2022 to March 2024. Yen Press is licensing the manga in English, describing the story as follows:
Sakuya Outsuki is the son of a legendary detective, striving to follow in his father’s footsteps with the help of his assistant, Lilithea. This isn’t your average high-school sleuth, though-because he comes back to life every time he’s killed! Being a little too familiar with death and always awakening to Lilithea by his side, Sakuya’s happy to take on low-risk cases. Surely investigating a movie producer’s affair on a luxury cruise ship won’t pose any real threat! But when the duo ends up entangled in a larger and bloodier situation, Sakuya will have to get to the bottom of the mystery…and die trying!
