The Forsaken Saintess and Her Foodie Roadtrip in Another World Gets Anime

The light novel The Forsaken Saintess and Her Foodie Roadtrip in Another World (Suterare Seijo no Isekai Gohan Tabi) is officially getting a TV anime adaptation in 2026. Alongside the announcement, the main voice cast, production staff, and a teaser visual were revealed.

The story follows Rin Takanashi, a working woman in her thirties who is summoned to another world but ends up abandoned there alone. She uses a hidden skill that allows her to summon a camper van, setting off on a culinary journey across the fantasy world.

The original novel written by Yoneori and illustrated by Akane Nito currently has six volumes published, while the manga adaptation illustrated by Nana Kogami has released four volumes. The series has surpassed 600,000 copies in circulation. Studio EMT Squared is in charge of the animation, with the following main staff:

  • Director: Atsushi Nigorikawa
  • Series Composition: Takashi Aoshima
  • Character Design: Izumi Ishii
  • Animation Production: EMT Squared

The main voice cast for the anime includes:

  • Sora Tokui as Rin (Rin Takanashi)
  • Yuki Ono as Vil
