Dark Summoner to Dekiteiru’s (I’m Dating a Dark Summoner) production team has released a new visual for the upcoming anime adaptation of Shaoh’s erotic fantasy rom-com manga. Alongside the visual release, they announced that the anime will premiere in October. Seiya Miyajima, who has directed several chibi anime OVAs such as Umayuru, Umayon, and D4DJ Petit Mix, will direct Dark Summoner to Dekiteiru.

The announced voice cast for Dark Summoner to Dekiteiru includes

- Yuki Nishiyama as the holy priest Roni
- Senmai Hodentei as Imp
As WWWave Corporation’s Deregula label is involved in the anime’s production, viewers can expect multiple versions of the show (censored and uncensored). Book cards featuring the newly released visual are being raffled on the anime’s official X account as part of its marketing campaign.
Shaoh (writer and illustrator) debuted Dark Summoner to Dekiteiru in Fujimi Shobo’s Dra Dra Sharp’s KadoComi. KadoComi and Niconico Seiga have serialized the manga since December 2011. The manga currently has seven tankobon volumes.
Dark Summoner to Dekiteiru Synopsis
What was once a peaceful life for the holy priest Roni has recently taken a sinful turn. While he was supposed to detest any practitioner of the dark arts, his new party member, Amona, quickly gained his affection. And that’s a problem because she’s a dark summoner! Yet despite being on opposite sides of the religious scale and constantly bickering, Amona and Roni quickly give in to their horniness. And while they sleep with each other every chance they get, it’s not like they like each other or anything. Their party and everyone who meets them may think they’re dating, but again, it’s not like they’re a couple or anything. Will the two ever overcome their tsundere tendencies and accept each other’s love?
