Written by Marko Jovanovic

Genshin Impact and Crunchyroll are teaming up for a limited-time collaboration tied to the launch of Version 7.0 and Snezhnaya, with eligible Crunchyroll members able to claim exclusive in-game rewards.

The campaign will run from August 12 at 9:00 a.m. PT until September 22, 2026 at 8:59 a.m. PT. It is available to new and existing eligible Crunchyroll members in the United States, Canada, and Latin America, excluding Cuba. Free trial members are not eligible.

Players with an active Crunchyroll Mega Fan or Ultimate Fan membership can receive the Neo Terminal: Floating Leaf Model gadget pet. According to the announcement, this will be the gadget’s first availability on the Genshin Impact America server and will be exclusive to eligible Crunchyroll members during the campaign.

All eligible Crunchyroll members can also claim an in-game bundle containing:

  • 40 Primogems
  • 3 Mystic Enhancement Ore
  • 3 Hero’s Wit
  • 20,000 Mora

The collaboration coincides with the August 12 launch of Genshin Impact Version 7.0, which opens Snezhnaya, the seventh nation of Teyvat, for exploration.

To participate, players must visit the Crunchyroll collaboration page and sign in with an eligible membership. Mega Fan and Ultimate Fan subscribers can claim codes for both the gadget pet and item bundle, while other qualifying members receive the item bundle. Players can also upgrade to Mega Fan or Ultimate Fan during the campaign period to become eligible for the gadget reward.

After receiving a code, players must redeem it through Genshin Impact and will receive the corresponding items through in-game mail. Adventure Rank 2 or higher is required, and the codes are valid only on the America server.

The companies described the promotion as the first collaboration between Genshin Impact and an anime streaming service to feature an exclusive cosmetic reward.

Genshin Impact Version 7.0 launches on August 12 for PlayStation 5, Xbox, PC, iOS, and Android.
