Witch on the Holy Night Anime Film Reveals New Key Visuals Drawn by Hirokazu Koyama and ufotable

Witch on the Holy Night anime movie by ufotable revealed two new key visuals ahead of its November 20, 2026 premiere date. The project was first announced back in December 2021, while the first teaser video was revealed in December 2023. The premiere date was recently announced alongside a new teaser.

One of the key visuals was drawn by illustrator Hirokazu Koyama, and you can check it out below.

Witch on the Holy Night (Mahoutsukai no Yoru) is a visual novel originally developed by TYPE-MOON and written by Kinoko Nasu, best known for works like Fate/stay night and Tsukihime. The game first launched in Japan on April 12, 2012, with an English version released globally in December 2022. It also became available on Steam in 2023.

The visual novel features character designs by Hirokazu Koyama and a soundtrack composed by Hideyuki Fukasawa. The upcoming film adaptation is being produced by Ufotable, the studio behind titles like Demon Slayer and Fate/Zero.
