ONE PIECE Season 3, THE BATTLE OF ALABASTA, officially revealed four additional cast members ahead of its 2027 release date. The third season is set to enter Alabasta and introduce Crocodile, with filming wrapped up in June. Today’s announcement was made during ONE PIECE DAY ’26 event.
The new cast members include:
- Emilio Sakraya as Koza
- Nabeel Khan as Chaka
- Omid Abtah as Toto
- Jamie Ward as Pell
The announcement was made at the very end of the event, while the final results of the second worldwide character poll were revealed earlier. Luffy was voted as the most popular character, with Zoro and Sanji behind him.
The first season made its debut on August 31, 2023 and it topped Netflix’s global English TV Ranking with 18.5 million total views, 140.1 million hours viewed and an average runtime of 7:34 hours. Joe Mangianello (Crocodile/Mr. 0) previously revealed that filming for the third season would begin this year as well.
Originally created by Eiichiro Oda in 1997, ONE PIECE has become one of the world’s biggest manga and anime franchises, with more than 600 million manga copies in circulation worldwide and 1,168 anime episodes released.

- The franchise also has the upcoming remake anime by WIT Studio set to premiere in February 2027
