Eula, Genshin Impact‘s upcoming playable character, received a trailer, along with a VA announcement. Eula is a 5-star character that will be released on the next banner, scheduled to start on May 18th.
Rina Sato (JP) and Suzie Yeung (EN) are voicing Eula, a Captain of the Knights of Favonius Reconnaissance Company. Eula is a descendant of the Lawrence family, one of the three big families that once ruled Mondstadt. The Lawrence family became blinded by their desires and plunged the city into darkness. In time, the city was freed, but the Lawrence clan kept a bad reputation among the Mondstadt citizens. Eula is treated as an outcast, and even though she joined the Knights, people still fear her. Because of her position in the Knights, she rarely spends time in the city.

Eula seems to be a physical DPS character, who wields a Cryo vision. In addition, her Elemental Burst boosts her physical damage, making her a burst damage dealer. She uses a claymore to fight and the name of her constellation is Aphros Delos. The new Pale Flame artifact set should be perfect for Eula mains.
Both Jean and Amber praise her capabilities and think of her as a friend. Eula doesn’t seem too friendly, and one could say she is a kind of a tsundere. Who knows, maybe she’ll get along with a certain cocktail-expert, who also has a Cryo vision and tsundere traits?
