Part 2 of Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation anime revealed the official release date – October 3rd, 2021. A new key visual is now also available.
Part 2 of Mushoku Tensei was previously announced for October, but the exact release date wasn’t known until now.
Studio Bind is animating the popular series. Manabu Okamoto is directing the second half. He also directed the first half of the series, which had 11 episodes. Kazutaka Sugiyama is doing character designs. Yoshiki Fujisaka is in charge of the music.
The first half of Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation aired in Winter 2021 season. The anime is based on a light novel by Rifujin na Magonote. A manga adaptation is also ongoing. Seven Seas licensed it and describes the plot as:
Just when an unemployed thirty-four-year-old otaku reaches a dead end in life and decides that it’s time to turn over a new leaf—he gets run over by a truck and dies! Shockingly, he finds himself reborn into an infant’s body in a strange, new world of swords and magic. His new identity is Rudeus Grayrat, but he still retains the memories of his previous life. Follow Rudeus from infancy to adulthood, as he struggles to redeem himself in a wondrous yet dangerous world.
