Kono Healer, Mendokusai Anime Set for 2022

The official Twitter account for TV anime Kono Healer, Mendokusai announced that the anime will broadcast next year, in 2022. We previously reported that the anime is receiving a TV anime adaptation last April. In addition, they also revealed a key visual and the project information. The specific date is yet to be public, however. You can take a look at the key visual:

Studio & Staff

Firstly, studio Jumondou will handle the anime production. Nakanishi Nobuaki will join the project as the director, and he directed the Koihime Musou series in the past. As the series composer, Shimo Fumihiko will work on the upcoming anime and write the script. Likewise, he composed for the Bottom-tier Character Tomozaki anime adaptation in 2021. And lastly, Kikunaga Chisato will be in charge of the character design.

Cast Information

Sato Takuya will be the protagonist, Alvin. He is similarly playing one of the leading characters, Gozu, in Maou Ibrogia ni Mi o Sasageyo this season. Onishi Aguri, known for voicing Uehara Ayumu in the Love Live franchise will voice the healer, Karla. She will also perform the opening song for the anime.

Basic Information

Tannen ni Hakko originally launched the manga Kono Healer, Mendokusai on Comic Walker in 2019 and started serialization in Monthly Comic Flapper in October 2020. The series will release its 4th volume on October 22, 2021.
