Summer Time Rendering revealed a new trailer, key visual, and finally a studio – OLM. The anime will have 2 cours, with 25 episodes, and is set to begin airing in April.
Natsuki Hanae is voicing the main character, Shinpei, Sahi Shirasu is Mio, while Anna Nagase voices Ushio. All three characters are also featured in the new trailer:
Ayumu Watanabe is directing. In addition, Miki Matsumoto is working on character designs and Hiroshi Seki on series composition. MONACA is also a part of the project, through Hoashi Keigo, Okabe Keichii, and Takada Ryuuichi, who are composing the music. Previously the Summer Time Render anime revealed the first visual and 2022 release date, as well as a short PV. You can check out the new visual below:
Summer Time Rendering is based on sci-fi, suspense-mystery manga by Yasuki Tanaka. Shounen Jump+ online magazine serialized it from 2017 to 2021. It ended after 139 chapters and is now available in 13 volumes.

Upon hearing of Ushio’s death, Shinpei returns to his hometown of Wakayama City on Hitogashima and reunites with his childhood friend’s family. The funeral goes smoothly, but under the surface, something strange is brewing on the island. What mysteries await him on this secluded summer island?
