Composer Kamachi Ai Has Passed Away At The Age Of 48

The music group ANANT-GARDE EYES‘ composer and pianist Kamachi Ai has passed away on May 30, 2020 at the age of 48 years old.

Kamachi Ai worked with Key and Maeda Jun on a number of projects, including the Opening and Ending songs for Angel Beats! and Charlotte and Toki wo Kizamu Uta from Clannad. She also worked on the music for the musical show Aria starring virtual artist IA and the theme song and soundtrack of the anime Mekaku City Actors. She is also a graduate as a composer, arranger and pianist from the Department of Music at Kunitachi College of Music.

Due to the wishes of the bereaved family, a close relative held the night and a farewell ceremony.
