The Strongest Sage with the Weakest Crest revealed a new anime trailer, ahead of the January 8 premiere. Studio J.C. Staff is animating the series.
The video also features the OP and ED themes. fripSide performed the opening song, titled “Leap of faith”, while Yuki Nakashima sang the ending theme “Day of Bright Sunshine”. The anime previously revealed this information in the first trailer.
Noriyaki Akitaya is directing the anime, with Mina Oosawa on character designs. Hiroki Uchida is overseeing the series composition. Elements Garden is also part of the production through Junpei Fujita, Seima Iwahashi, and Ryouta Tomaru, who are composing the music.

Upon his rebirth as a young boy, Mathias is thrilled to discover he’s been born with the optimal crest for magical combat on his first try!
