My Dress-Up Darling Opening Song Surpasses 2 Million Views

My Dress-Up Darling‘s opening song has exceeded 2 million views on Youtube! The song is titled Sansan Days (Bright Days) and is performed by pop-rock band Spira Spica. It has only been two months since the anime and song’s release in January 2022.

A rom-com series with a lot of colorful energy, My Dress-Up Darling has since become popular and beloved among fans. The original manga material has also reached its own milestone, exceeding 5 million copies in circulation.

My Dress-Up Darling is a manga series by Shinichi Fukuda that has been published in Young Gangan magazine since January 2018, as well as in Square Enix Manga for English versions. The story follows two high school students– Wakana Gojo is a loner boy who dreams to become the greatest Hina doll-artisan while Marin Kitagawa is the cheerful and popular girl in class. After an unexpected turn of events, Marin discovers Wakana’s secret sewing hobby. From that day on, she also pulls him into her own secret hobby — cosplay!

Studio CloverWorks is in charge of the ongoing anime adaptation of the series, and as of writing, it has 8 episodes!
