The When Will Ayumu Make His Move anime rom-com’s official website released preview images for episode 6. It’s Valentine’s Day and Urushi is thinking hard about how to give chocolates to Ayumu. Will she be able to show Ayumu her gratitude on this special day?
When Will Ayumu Make His Move episode 6 will airs on August 12 at 1:35 am JST. The episode will be available to stream on HIDVE and Bilibili. The TV anime is adapted from the manga by the author of the rom-com series Teasing Master Takagi-san, Soichiro Yamamoto. Studio Silver Link is in charge of producing the series with Mirai Minato as the director. Hitomi Mieno is writing the scripts and Kazuya Hirata doing the character designs.

Bilibili describes the plot of the series as:
Ayumu just fell in love at first sight with Urushi and joined the illegitimate Shogi Club! But Ayumu has vowed not to confess his feelings until he can best Urushi, and he has a long wAyumu Tanaka, a first-year high school student, and Urushi Yaotome, a second-year student, are members of the shogi club. Ayumu vows to confess his feelings to Urushi, his senpai after he manages to defeat her in a game of shogi, but he is a beginner at the game and Urushi always beats him. Meanwhile, Urushi keeps trying to get Ayumu to admit that he likes her, but Ayumu never allows his poker face to slip.
