Voice actor Tomokazu Sugita will be voicing Ore-kun, a reincarnated dummy head microphone in the upcoming ASMR-themed anime, titled Yuri no Aida ni Hasamareru. Aru Asa Dummy Head Mike ni Natteita Ore-kun no Jinsei (Caught Between a Yuri Relationship. My Life After I Became a Dummy Head Microphone One Morning). The anime will begin its broadcast this October on the Tokyo MX channel.
Studios INDIVISION and EKACHI EPILKA (Demon Lord Retry!) are producing the anime with Yoshinobu Kasai (Is the order a rabbit? BLOOM) as director. The mentioned studios and director previously worked on another similar anime (Can I Make Your Ears Happy in 180 Seconds?). The previously announced cast that will join Tomozaki Sugita in the upcoming yuri-ASMR anime includes:

- Akari Kito as Panda Kuramae
- Lynn as Tsurugi Kanegafuchi
- Mayu Sagara as Ume Toranamon
- Kaori Mizuhashi as Kaori Asakusa
- Miyu Kubota as Toto Asakusa
The series is a slapstick comedy that revolves around Yuri Asakusa who is aiming to win the ASMR Koshien high school championships. The microphone she and her friends are using is a reincarnated dummy head mic named Ore-kun.
