The upcoming ASMR-themed anime My Life After I Became a Dummy Head Microphone One Morning revealed a preview on Thursday which features all of the cast from the series. Tomokazu Sugita who voices the reincarnated dummy head microphone is narrating the 30-second trailer and the ending song of the series titled “Katachi ni Dekinai Monologue” by singer KOTOKO can also be heard in the video. The anime is slated to premiere with the first episode on October 12.
Studios INDIVISION and EKACHI EPILKA (Demon Lord Retry!) are collaborating together in producing the anime with Yoshinobu Kasai (Is the order a rabbit? BLOOM) acting as director. The mentioned studios and director previously worked on a different ASMR-themed anime (Can I Make Your Ears Happy in 180 Seconds?). Midori Otsuka (Kamen no Maid Guy) is doing the character design and the cast includes:

- Akari Kito as Panda Kuramae
- Lynn as Tsurugi Kanegafuchi
- Mayu Sagara as Ume Toranamon

The ASMR-themed anime My Life After I Became a Dummy Head Microphone One Morning is a slapstick comedy that revolves around Yuri Asakusa who is aiming to win the ASMR Koshien high school championships. The microphone she and her friends are using is a reincarnated dummy head mic named Ore-kun.
