Multimedia project World Dai Star announced in a live stream on Sunday that the multimedia project is getting an anime series produced by studio Lerche. A teaser visual and trailer was released along with the main cast and staff. The anime is set to premiere in spring 2023.
The main cast of World Dai Star anime includes Manaka Iwami as Kokona Otori, Ikumi Hasegawa as Shizuka, Sally Amaki as Kathrina Griebel, Maria Naganawa as Yae Niizuma, Naomi Ozora as Panda Yanagiba, Rico Sasaki as Chisa Sasuga, and Nanako Mori as Noa Hiiragi.

World Dai Star is a multimedia project with the story written by manga author Takahiro (Akame ga Kill) and original characters designed by illustrator Mika Pikazo (virtual YouTuber Hakos Baelz designer) and was initially announced last November 15. Yu Kinome (Idoly Pride) will be directing the anime series with Yasuhiro Nakanishi (Kaguya-sama: Love is War Season 2) supervising the series composition. Pikazo’s original character designs will be adapted by Majiro (22/7) for the anime.
Aside from the anime, the project is also planning to launch a game in the summer of 2023 and broadcast a web radio program hosted by voice actors Manaka Iwami and Ikumi Hasegawa.
