Jun Fukuyama Narrates Trailer for MASHLE Manga's Volume 14

Voice actor Jun Fukuyama narrated the trailer for MASHLE: Magic and Muscles manga’s 14th volume, which was released on Friday. JUMP COMICS CHANNEL posted the video on YouTube on Monday. Hajime Komoto is currently running the series in Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump.

The newly-posted trailer features Innocent Zero and the quintuplets along with the protagonist Mash Burnedead. In the description, it’s recommended you check the video with headphones to enjoy Jun Fukuyama’s narration and sound effects that he was in charge of:

Jun Fukuyama is best known as the voice actor of Lelouch Lamperouge in Code Geass and is currently voicing Takafumi in Uncle from Another World this season.

Mashle: Magic and Muscles has been serialized since January 2022 in Weekly Shonen Jump and released the first compiled volume in June 2020. Studio A-1 Pictures is animating the adaptation whose premiere date is set for 2023. Viz Media licensed the manga for English releases and published the first volume in July 2021. The tenth and eleventh volumes are available for pre-order and the release dates are set for January 10 and March 14, 2023. The official website describes the plot of the first volume as:
Mash just wants to live in peace with his father in the forest. But the only way he’ll ever be accepted in the magic realm is by attending magic school and becoming a Divine Visionary—an exceptional student revered as one the chosen. But without an ounce of magic to his name, Mash will have to punch his way to the top spot.
