Previously announced The Kingdoms of Ruin anime is set to premiere in October this year. In addition, voice actress Ryoko Shiraishi is joining the series cast as Chloe.
The other cast members include Kaito Ishikawa and Azumi Waki as Adonis and Doroka respectively. Yokohama Animation Lab is animating the series. The staff for the anime includes:

The Kingdoms of Ruin is a manga series written and illustrated by yoruhashi. It began serialization in 2019 in Comic Garden magazine. Seven Seas Entertainment licensed it in English and describes the plot as:
Humanity long lived in harmony with witches, but an advanced scientific revolution has made the powers of a witch unnecessary. Succumbing to resentment and fear, the greatest nation in the world begins a brutal witch hunt and eliminates all witches from the land.
