The anime adaptation of Summoned to Another World… Again? anime revealed a new trailer and a key visual ahead of the April 8 premiere date. Studio elle is animating the adaptation.
The first trailer was revealed in December of 2022 and it featured the opening theme song “Continue Distortion” by S.S.NiRVERGE∀. Motoki Nakanishi is directing the anime, with Yukihito on series composition. Mikako Kuni is credited for character designs and Manzo will be composing the music.
The main cast includes:
- Kaori Maeda as Elka
- Saori Onishi as Desastre
- Fairouz Ai as Levia
- Satomi Amano as Yuhi
- Shun’ichi Toki as Setsu
The original Summoned to Another World… Again?! light novel by Kazuha Kishimoto was first published as a web novel on the Shosetsuka ni Naro website. Futabasha published it in print, with illustrations by Shimahara. It ran for a total of 121 chapters from December 2015 to August 2017. A manga adaptation by Arashiyama began in July 2018 and is currently ongoing. Coolmic is releasing it in English, and they describe the story:
