The season 2 of Banished From the Hero’s Party, I Decided to Live a Quiet Life in the Countryside anime released a teaser visual on Monday. The teaser visual features three characters from the series: Ruti Ragnason, Rit, and Red. The staff and the premiere date of the upcoming season are yet to be revealed. The sequel was confirmed in October last year.
Studios Flad and Wolfsbane animated the first season of Banished From the Hero’s Party, I Decided to Live a Quiet Life in the Countryside anime. It premiered in October 2021 and had 13 episodes in total. Makoto Hoshino directed the anime, which is based on the light novel series written by Zappon and illustrated by Yasumo. Kadokawa Shoten has been serializing it since June 2018 and there are currently has 11 volumes in circulation. A manga adaptation illustrated by Masahiro Ikeno with 10 volumes is also ongoing. The cast consists of the following: Kanon Takao as Rit, Ryota Suzuki as Red, Naomi Ozora as Ruti Ragnason, Sora Amamiya as Yarandrala, and Rie Kugimiya as Tisse Garland.

After being betrayed by the Hero’s party, Red hopes to start anew by opening an apothecary in a small town. He wants to keep his past life secret, but it won’t be easy…especially when a beautiful adventurer from his past asks to move in.
