April 20 marks the birthday of Bakugo Katsuki from My Hero Academia, and a special trailer has been released to commemorate the occasion in 2023. Watch the trailer below:

My Hero Academia anime is a Japanese manga series by Kohei Horikoshi, and it has been serialized in Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump since 2014. The manga received an anime adaptation by studio BONES in 2016, and it released 5 seasons so far. Season 2 aired in 2017, season 3 in 2018, while season 4 began in October 2019 and ended in April 2020. Season 5 aired from March to October 2021 for a total of 25 episodes, and the latest season 6 began in October of last year and ended last March. Season 7 was announced immediately after the finale. The franchise also has 3 movies: Two Heroes (2018), Heroes:Rising (2019) and World Heroes’ Mission (2021). Crunchyroll is streaming the anime, and they describe the story:
Izuku has dreamt of being a hero all his life—a lofty goal for anyone, but especially challenging for a kid with no superpowers. That’s right, in a world where eighty percent of the population has some kind of super-powered “quirk,” Izuku was unlucky enough to be born completely normal.
