The manga follows the story of Momose, a 26-year-old office worker, who decided to switch jobs due to the harassment he experienced from his previous boss. As he starts his new job, he carries the concern that his new boss might subject him to similar power harassment, thus making his life unbearable once again. Momose tries to conceal his anxiousness as he encounters his new boss, Shirosaki. To his astonishment, he discovers that Shirosaki is an innate airhead, effortlessly alleviating all of Momose’s worries and anxieties.
