A Couple of Cuckoos Season 2 anime revealed the preview images and trailer for episode 10 titled “I Know, Nagi-kun! Let’s Take Pictures for Memory’s Sake.” It will be available to watch on Crunchyroll and Bilibili on Tuesday, September 9.

Jou Aoba (KING OF PRISM by PrettyRhythm) writes the script, while Hideaki Uehara (Uzaki-chan Wants to Hang Out!) is directing and doing the storyboard. The synopsis of Episode 10:
Do the boy and girl who team up for the “M-1” end up together! The main event of the cultural festival, the “M-1.” During his two-week absence, it was decided that Nagi would be participating.
Troubled by the situation, Nagi is relieved when Hiro offers to partner with him.

Studio Okuruto Noboru is animating the sequel, replacing studios Shin-Ei Animation and SynergySP and Masakazu ‌Hishida is the new director. Bilibili describes the overall series as follows:
Erika Amano and Nagi Umino were unintentionally born together; one was brought up as the daughter of a hotel magnate, while the other was raised as the son of a diner owner. Their adoptive and biological parents propose an arranged engagement after they find out the truth. Now that they share a home, Nagi’s already complex existence attracts his classmate Hiro, his sister Sachi, who is not connected by blood, and soon even his childhood first love.In this romantic comedy, which is based on a case of mistaken identity, Nagi is surrounded by a complicated web of relationships, including a childhood friend, stepsister, crush, and fiancée. Fate takes an even more drastic turn this summer!
