A New War Begins in the Edens Zero Season 2 Finale Preview

The preview images and staff for the Edens Zero Season 2 finale (episode 25) have been revealed. The episode titled “Prelude to the Aoi War” will officially be released on Saturday, September 30, 2023. Crunchyroll is streaming the anime outside of Japan with English subtitles.

As Shiki and his group visit the rebel army Oasis, led by Goodwin, and ask to join the fight, they are suddenly attacked by the imperial army. A large-scaled battle starts, with Shiki’s gang and the Oasis forces fighting back together. Orc, who had been an opposing force in Foresta, is now with the imperial army, which has an unbelievable operation to eliminate the robots…!

Studio J.C. Staff returned to animate Edens Zero Season 2. After two years of waiting, our favorite space fantasy crew is back! The first cour of this season covered the Belial Gore arc. Now that we’re into the Aoi Cosmos saga this episode will continue the Sandra arc starting with chapter 137 of the manga! Staff members are revealed with each new episode this season.

Edens Zero is an anime adaptation of the original manga series written and illustrated by Hiro Mashima. The manga began serialization in June 2018 in Kodansha’s Weekly Shonen Magazine and has released a total of 27 volumes. Ishihira is the chief director for Edens Zero Season 2 with Toshinori Watanabe credited as a director. Hirota is handling the series composition with Yurika Sako in charge of the character designs. Yoshihisa Hirano is composing the soundtrack.
