The Aharen-san wa Hakarenai manga has officially ended with the 167th chapter. The latest chapter was recently published in Shueisha’s Shonen Jump+ magazine. In total, the manga will have 17 volumes. The author, Asato Mizu, posted a commemorative illustration of the announcement on her Twitter, thanking fans for all the support:
The Aharen-san wa Hakarenai manga started publishing on January 17. This is one of many works of Asato Mizu including Magical Chef Shoujo Shizuru (2011), Kawaii Kouhai ga Otoko ni Natta Hanashi (2018), Senpai, Sore Hitokuchi Kudasai! (2015), Isekai Death Game ni Tensou sarete Tsurai (2018), Denki-gai no Honya-san (2011), among others. Aharen manga has not been licensed in English.
Aharen Is Indecipherable has an anime adaptation by Felix Film that was directed by Yasutaka Yamamoto and Tomoe Makino. The anime aired from April 2 to June 18, 2022, composed of 12 episodes. Crunchyroll is streaming the series outside of Japan, describing the plot as:
