Akiba Maid War unveils the preview images and trailer (narrated by Shiipon) for episode 8 on their official website. After finding her resolve in the last episode, Nagomi and the rest of the Oinky Doink café staff find themselves in a baseball game against the Maidalien group. What stakes could be at hand in this upcoming “friendly match?” The 8th episode will premiere on Thursday, November 24.
Akiba Maid War 2nd episode director Noriyoshi Sasaki returns to direct the upcoming episode of the series. Katsuro Hidaka (Lupin III: Record of Observations of the East – Another Page) is writing the scripts and Jun’ichi Sakata (Call of the Night episode 8) is in charge of storyboarding.
Akiba Maid War is an original work by Kedamono Land Management Strategy Room. Studio P.A. Works is animating with Soichi Masui as director. Cygames is working with Ike Yoshihiro on composing the music and Manabu Nii is the chief animation director and character designer.

Akihabara is the center of the universe for the coolest hobbies and quirkiest amusements. In the spring of 1999, bright-eyed Wahira Nagomi moves there with dreams of joining a maid café. She quickly dons an apron at café Ton Tokoton, AKA the Pig Hut. But adjusting to life in bustling Akihabara isn’t as easy as serving tea and delighting customers. Paired with the dour Ranko who never seems to smile, Nagomi must do her best to elevate the Pig Hut over all other maid cafés vying for top ranking.
