The official website of the original series Akiba Maid War has released the preview images and trailer (narrated by Zoya) for the upcoming episode 9. The annual Akiba Maid Festival is right around the corner and the staff from Oinky Doink Café are just finishing their preparations. In the previous episodes, it was revealed that the said café was considered bottom tier due to their low sales, as such, they are treated badly by others. Will the café find a way to climb up to the top and will the festival go smoothly for them? Find out in the ninth episode which airs on Thursday, December 1.
Jong Heo (86 Eighty-Six episode 8) will be doing the storyboard of episode 9 with Masato Uchibori (Uzaki-chan Wants to Hang Out! Season 2 episode 8) as the episode director. Yoko Yoinaiyama (Akiba Maid War episodes 6 & 7) returns to supervise the series composition.
The anime Akiba Maid War is an original work by Kedamono Land Management Strategy Room and is animated by Studio P.A. Works. Soichi Masui is acting as the director of the whole series with Manabu Nii as the chief animation director and character designer. Ike Yoshihiro is working with Cygames on composing the music.

Akihabara is the center of the universe for the coolest hobbies and quirkiest amusements. In the spring of 1999, bright-eyed Wahira Nagomi moves there with dreams of joining a maid café. She quickly dons an apron at café Ton Tokoton, AKA the Pig Hut. But adjusting to life in bustling Akihabara isn’t as easy as serving tea and delighting customers.
