Baan -The Boundaries of Adulthood- (stylized as Bâan), the upcoming isekai anime created by Gigguk, will stream worldwide on his YouTube channel on September 20, 2025, with a launch party hosted on his Twitch account to celebrate.

Baan -The Boundaries of Adulthood- – Visual

Gigguk’s Baan -The Boundaries of Adulthood- will come with an English dub, featuring the following cast and staff members:

  • Sydney Poniewaz as Rin
  • Aleks Le as Daichi
  • ADR Director: Connor Colquhoun (CDawgVA)
  • English Localization Producer: Diana Garnett

As previously announced, Yoshimitsu Ohashi (CODE GEASS Rozé of the Recapture) directed the anime, and is joined by Megumi Hosaka on the screenplay, music composer Kevin Penkin (Made in Abyss), Gigguk as supervising director, Studio Daisy on animation production, and more. The anime is being produced under GeeXProductions, the new label under GeeXPlus, a subsidiary of KADOKAWA. The full staff list is here. The anime premiered in Japan today, on August 24, at the Grand Cinema Sunshine Ikebukuro in Tokyo. A documentary on the making of the anime will also be released on YouTube.

Baan -The Boundaries of Adulthood- is described:
A story of two people in search of a new life, who leave their birthplaces – traveling to a whole different world trying to find a place where they truly belong. Set in the fictional world of Euthania, a land rich in nature with various magical races based on South East Asian Mythology, which is connected to Japan via a warp gate.
