There are 8 days left until the Attack on Titan finale. A new illustration by Osamu Okuno (CGI director) is continuing the countdown to November 4, which will mark the conclusion of the anime which first premiered in 2013. Yesterday’s illustration featured the team that is trying to get Eren to stop his mission and today we have Reiner and Pieck, in their titan forms.
in addition to the illustrations, videos with messages from cast have been released daily. Today it’s Levi’s voice actor, Hiroshi Kamiya.
The first part of the finale premiered as a single one-hour special this March. A 10-day countdown with new illustrations was leading up to the broadcast of the special, which Crunchyroll licensed as Attack on Titan Final Season THE FINAL CHAPTERS Special.
To celebrate the conclusion of the anime, the franchise is hosting an Attack on Titan: After Party online event. In addition to the event, the series is also getting its first-ever art book, slated for April 2024 release. The book will contain colored illustrations, but also a new 18-page story, titled Bad Boy. The cover illustration was recently revealed and features Levi, Gabi and Falco.
Crunchyroll will be streaming the finale. The platform describes the plot of the special episodes as:
