Berserk: The Golden Age Arc – Memorial Edition will be getting an uncensored Blu-ray release, set to release on March 29, 2023. The limited edition of the box set will also feature an exclusive interview with the original Berserk author, Kentaro Miura. The information as revealed after the 11th episode of the TV anime, titled “Eclipse.” The anime has been airing since October 2 and is an edited version of Berserk: The Golden Age Arc film trilogy by Studio 4°C. All 13 episodes of Berserk: The Golden Age Arc – Memorial Edition will be available on the Blu-ray disc, along with creditless versions of the opening and ending and a CD with the original soundtrack. The movie trilogy was published in 2012 and 2013 and it consists of the following movies:
- Berserk: The Golden Age Arc: I – The Egg of the King (February 2012)
- Berserk: The Golden Age Arc: II – The Battle for Doldrey (June 2012)
- Berserk: The Golden Age Arc: III: The Advent (February 2013)
Theme songs for Berserk: The Golden Age Arc – Memorial Edition are “Aria” by Susumu Hirasawa and “Wish” by Mika Nakashima. The staff includes:

Crunchyroll is streaming the anime, which is based on a manga by Kentaro Miura. After Miura’s passing in 2021, the manga was on hiatus but has recently continued under Studio Gaga and Koji Mori, Miura’s long-time friend. Crunchyroll describes the plot as:
When lone swordsman Guts is defeated in a duel by Griffith, ambitious leader of the Band of the Hawk mercenaries, he now must fight for him. Distrustful of all at first, through hard-fought battles, he soon begins to bond with his new comrades and their leader.
