The full Black Jack OVA series is releasing with an English dub on the anime streaming platform OceanVeil. The 12-episode collection, originally released between 1993 and 2011, will begin streaming on the platform starting March 10.
The OVA series is based on the manga by Osamu Tezuka and directed by Osamu Dezaki. The release includes the entire twelve-episode collection in HD. In addition to streaming availability, the series is also being released on Blu-ray through MediaOCD and MVD Entertainment.
The OVA is described as having a more mature and darker tone than its TV counterpart. You can read the synopsis below:

OceanVeil is a recently launched anime subscription service focused on titles that have not received wide global releases. The platform describes itself as a fan-driven service designed to highlight lesser-known anime while offering a curated viewing experience.
