The previously announced season 2 TV anime of Bottom-tier Character Tomozaki has revealed the first full trailer and teaser visual, along with the studio and staff. The full title is Bottom-tier Character Tomozaki 2nd STAGE, and studio Project No. 9 will return to animate. The anime will have a total of 13 episodes, and you can watch the trailer:

The main staff from season 1 is also returning. Yanagi Shinsuke will direct the 2nd TV anime season, with Yano Akana adapting the light novel illustrator Fly’s original character designs for the anime. Shimo Fumihiko is credited for the series composition.
The voice cast is returning for Bottom-Tier Character Tomozaki 2nd STAGE and includes:

- Hisako Kanemoto as Aoi Hinami
- Ikumi Hasegawa as Manami Nanami
- Ai Kayano as Fuka Kikuchi
- Ryoko Maekawa as Hanabi Natsubayashi

- Nobunaga Shimazaki as Takahiro Mizusawa
- Nobuhiko Okamoto as Nakamura
- Shuntaro Mizuno as Takei
Bottom-tier Character Tomozaki is a Japanese light novel series by Yuki Yaku. Shogakukan has been serializing it since May 2016, with 10 compilation volumes published as of January 2022. Yen Press licensed it in English. Square Enix also published a manga adaptation from December 2017 to February 2021, which has a total of 6 volumes.
The light novel received an anime adaptation by studio Project No. 9, which ran for a total of 12 episodes. Two OVAs also aired in May and June 2021. Crunchyroll is streaming the first season and OVAs, and they describe the story:
