Ciel Aims for a Second Miracle of Sapphires in Black Butler: Public School Arc Episode 6 Preview

The preview for Black Butler: Public School Arc episode 6 has been released on the website. It is set to air on May 18, 2024.

The episode synopsis describes Ciel’s current situation now that the cricket tournament is nearing, where he is apparently chosen as the player for the tournament. However, the Sapphire Owl dormitory (Blue House) he belongs to has always been at the bottom of the rankings, with only one victory in its history. Ciel eventually learns that his father, Vincent, brought the Blue House its first win in the cricket tournament, which received the title of the “Miracle of Sapphires.” The day of the tournament arrives, and Ciel takes on the challenge, ready to create another “Miracle of Sapphires.”

Black Butler: Public School Arc is the fourth season of the Black Butler anime series. It adapts Yana Toboso’s manga of the same name that was serialized in September 2006. A-1 Pictures produced the first three seasons of the anime, while Cloverworks is currently in charge of animating the Public School Arc under the direction of Kenjiro Okada. Hiroyuki Yoshino handles the series composition, Ryo Kawasaki is the musical score composer, and Yumi Shimizu is the character designer. The star-studded cast includes:

Otaha is performing the opening theme “The Parade of Battlers,” while SID performs the ending theme. The fourth season premiered on April 13, 2024. Crunchyroll is streaming the anime and describes the plot as:

Ciel Phantomhive is the most powerful boy in all of England, but he bears the scars of unspeakable suffering. Forced to watch as his beloved parents were brutally murdered, Ciel was subsequently abducted and violently tortured. Desperate to end his suffering, the boy traded his own soul for a chance at vengeance, casting his lot with the one person on whom he could depend: Sebastian, a demon Butler summoned from the very pits of hell. Together, they’ll prowl the darkest alleys of London on a mission to snuff out those who would do evil.
